I joined TISS as an Intern and learned a lot right from day one as I was given my first project of Endpoint Solution during my internship period. After that I was promoted to a trainee and the hands-on learning that I received during that period really helped me grow professionally. Instantly, I was promoted to Information Security Architect where I got a chance to do Pre-Sales which is what I am most passionate about. I interacted with customers and provided solutions to their cybersecurity problems and within 2 years I got promoted to Team Lead. Currently, I am leading the biggest nationwide Tech Team at TISS and I am responsible for the implementation of all the Cybersecurity Solutions. The best thing about working at TISS is the working environment, culture, people and management. There is no politics, everything is tracked digitally and no one can hide anyone's performance. The resources that TISS provides such as Servers, Software, Products and Cloud Environment is unmatched. I knew I had made the right decision to join TISS since the very first day because I was given the perfect environment, tools, guidance and support that I needed to excel. This is the best platform for trainees to become good architects, consultants and analysts as sky is the limit for them and they can choose any field of Information Security.

I started my professional career at TISS. Right from the start, the management was very supportive and encouraged me to be vocal about my suggestions to improve the business processes. This helped me introduce new SOPS and streamline our billing process. My hard work and potential was recognized and I was given an opportunity to become a team lead. Currently I am managing a team of multiple people all over Pakistan. The best thing about working at TISS is that there are ample growth and learning opportunities and the working environment is highly motivating where you are encouraged to complete your objectives as you seem fit. I feel proud of being a part of Pakistan's number one cybersecurity company.

I started my professional career at TISS as a Trainee. I was shortlisted from a diverse pool of applicants and became a part of the Support team. Right from the start, I got to learn so much as I was taught to resolve even the most complex issue of the customers. Initially, I lacked confidence, not only was I an introvert but I was also unable to convey my thoughts into words. TISS groomed me and taught me how to communicate and conduct myself professionally and made me who I am today.
My thesis was on Malware Analysis and I got a chance to do it professionally once for a customer and my work was extremely appreciated by the higher management and they asked me to become a part of our prestigious SOC team. Within a year, I was promoted to the position of SOC Supervisor. The best thing about working at TISS is the friendly and co-operative environment. You are given a platform to develop and groom your professional skills through regular trainings and guidance. The team always motivates you to do your best. You get credit where it is due and the team is always there to support you. I am extremely proud to be a part of this team.

I joined TISS as a trainee 7 years ago and I was the first female to join the technical team. I came with a one page resume having a Telecom background hoping to join the IS team without any experience since I knew the potential of cybersecurity as a field and had heard about TISS being among the Pioneers of Cybersecurity in Pakistan. At this stage of my career, the position I have, and the reputation I have in the market, is all because of TISS. The management of TISS, recognising my abilities and placing utmost confidence in me, promoted me to the position of Support Engineer from a trainee position. Giving further recognition to my hard work and ability, I was given the responsibility to lead a Team in the Technical Support department. I have been leading the Support Team for the past 4 years and I am a living example of the advancement opportunities provided at TISS. The best thing about working at TISS is the working environment for females and I can safely say that TISS is one of the best organisations when it comes to empowerment of women especially in technical fields. The technical team is highly cooperative as every tech person supports their peers and it is the best platform available in the market for anyone looking to jumpstart their career in Cybersecurity. From being sent abroad for trainings to being recognized as the first female Kaspersky Certified Trainer with the highest score, I have TISS to thank for all that I am today.
